Martin Abramowski
Martin maintains a general litigation practice and is happy to assist clients with achieving resolutions to their disputes through either settlement or courtroom advocacy.
Prior to starting law school, Martin completed his Bachelor of Arts with Distinction from the University of Alberta with a major in psychology and minor in political science. He also volunteered with the Elizabeth Fry Society during this time as a court worker helping individuals in criminal docket court.
Martin went on to complete his Juris Doctor degree at the University of Alberta Faculty of Law. While attending law school, he volunteered with Student Legal Services as a caseworker for both the criminal and civil/family divisions where he provided individuals with legal information and representation for criminal docket court matters. In his last year of law school, Martin was awarded the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (Canada) Prize in Estate Planning for earning the highest final grade in his Estate Planning course.
Martin has experience appearing before the Alberta Court of Justice and the Alberta Court of King’s Bench. Additionally, he has experience with commercial arbitration.
