Tovah has a general practice with a focus on corporate and commercial law. She assists clients in a broad range of areas including corporate governance, corporate reorganization, asset and share purchase transactions, secured lending transactions and shareholder disputes.  She also has experience in the areas of civil litigation and real estate.
