About Ashleigh Bachand

Ashleigh has been a paralegal and legal assistant for three years. Prior to going into private practice, Ashleigh was a Senior Judicial Clerk for over 8 years, with experience in Court of Appeal and Court of King’s Bench Civil, Family, and Criminal.

Ashleigh’s experience with the Alberta Courts has provided her a unique insight into the litigation process. She has a strong grasp of the rules of court, practice notes, and internal procedures of the courthouse, and is often able to expedite matters. While Ashleigh’s main area of expertise is family and civil litigation, she is excited to branch out into other areas.

In her spare time, Ashleigh enjoys spending time outdoors with her dog, and checking out Edmonton’s vibrant restaurant scene.
