Kyle Paziuk
Prior to his legal career, Kyle earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with Distinction, a Master of Arts in Policy Studies, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta.
Kyle is passionate about unpacking complex policy issues, with a particular interest in municipal law, development, and the legal frameworks that shape local decision-making. Throughout his academic and professional career, he has conducted research on municipal tax policy, which helped spark a broader interest in the unique legal and policy challenges faced by municipalities, as well as the businesses, industries, and stakeholders that operate within them. He is especially interested in issues at the intersection of municipal governance and economic development, including matters involving energy, utilities, infrastructure, and land use.
Outside the office, Kyle is a dedicated fantasy hockey commissioner, amateur restaurant connoisseur, and an avid follower of politics in Canada and the United States.
